Returns Policy

We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once you return an item, you can expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks, though in many cases, it will be processed sooner. This timeline includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for the return to reach us.
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return.
• 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund request.

Shipping & Insurance

• All return postage and insurance costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We strongly recommend using Registered Post with insurance to cover any loss, theft, or damage in transit.
• ONYX Fine Instruments is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels if the buyer chooses not to insure the shipment.
