International Shipping
Minimum order value for International Orders (outside of Australia) is $150 AUD.

• New Zealand: 3-4 business days
• Asia: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 4-7 business days
• Middle East & Africa: 7-10 business days
• Americas: 5-7 business days

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AWST) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
• Orders over $500 AUD qualify for free shipping (subject to promotional offers).
