The Helix PCD (Process Challenge Device) Test is designed for daily monitoring of pre-vacuum hospital sterilizers and benchtop Class B steam sterilizers. It evaluates steam penetration and the presence of residual inert gases, ensuring optimal sterilization performance.

This test is highly sensitive and capable of detecting even minimal traces of inert gases, making it an effective indicator of proper steam penetration.
