Protected access offers extra peace of mind for patient safety, the additional protective shield prevents hands from entering the aperture. Ideally suited for high use areas and areas where children are present. The barrier also discourages non-sharps being disposed of in the containers, ensuring proper disposal and lowering associated costs.
